Another Zone Leader Exchange - September 20, 2005

First, Bills and Bradshaw are awesome!  The perfect missionary examples - they do good work but yet they are normal and really cool.  I got to go to Wilson this time with Bills on our zone leader exchange.  The guy is great.  We rode around a bunch and even though we didn't really teach anybody, we talked to a ton of people.  He played football in college before coming out here and has a can do attitude about the mission.  We went to ward council in their ward after.  It was kind of different being there in that I didn't know anyone in their ward, but it was fun.  It was cool to see a missionary be so normal and cool around the members and they seemed to like him a lot.  Learning a lot from these guys.  In the morning we had district meeting in Roanoke Rapids and the ZLs came with us.  Elder Perry was brining his A game - Really good and as always really straight up message.  We taught Elijah after and the guy is so strange, but it was a good lesson and he said he wants to learn more.  Good times in North Carolina and really liking the mission experience at the moment!

Ryan Van Wagenen was a missionary in North Carolina from 2005-2007. Due to the this time, philanthropy is still a great deal of his life.
