Giant Pants in North Carolina - August 25, 2005

Today we stopped by the store and picked up some "Giant pants" for Brother Walker so he could come to church with us.  He called us and told us that he wanted to come to church, but that he didn't have pants.  Boom, solution.  We picked up some huge Walmart pants and picked him up.  It was actually kind of awesome.  Anyway, we had Stake Conference in Goldsboro today and it was amazing.  After, we went to Andy's.  Montague had always talked about this place, but we never went.  I can now confirm that it may be the best burger experience.  At least the best I've had in a long time.  Such a great time and the Holloman's are awesome!  Wayne got the biggest hot dog I've ever seen served at a restaurant.  President Mabey was one of the speakers at the stake conference and wow was he on point.  It would not surprise me if I end up hearing that my mission president has been called to be a general authority one day.  The man is the definition of doing the right thing with exactness.  We had an area authority speak too and he was bold!  He grilled bishops, ward mission leaders, and others at the priesthood leadership session.  It was intense but really good actually.  Great times in North Carolina!
